- Password (hashed — we never store it in plain text)
Billing Data
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or bank details.
Usage Data
- Site metadata (names, configuration)
- Agent heartbeats (online/offline status)
- Resource metrics (CPU, memory, disk usage from your servers)
- App deployment status
What We Do NOT Collect
- Files stored in your applications
- Passwords stored in your vaults
- Any customer/end-user business data
- Contents of applications running on your hardware
Your business data stays on your hardware. We are a control plane only.
3. How We Use Data
- To provide and operate the service
- To process billing
- To send service-related emails (not marketing spam)
- To improve the product
- To respond to support requests
4. Data Sharing
We don't sell your data. Third-party services we use:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Tailscale — secure networking between your sites
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. We'll delete your data upon request after account closure. Some data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes as required by law.
6. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication and session management. That's it. No third-party tracking cookies. No ad tech.
7. Security
All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. We follow reasonable security practices to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we take it seriously.

- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data

Slipwire is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
